How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Attemptedwash Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Attemptedwash Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Keep in mind that Attemptedwash Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@attemptedwash.surf and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Satisfied?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
