Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of attemptedwash.surf and the services offered through it by Attemptedwash Tree Service. When you use the site, call the number shown on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Attemptedwash Tree Service Does

Attemptedwash Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches, or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run independent businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance, and conduct. We do not hire, supervise, or direct providers. We make no promises about whether they are available, how quickly they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer, or financial professional. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it matters, also check with your insurer and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text, or Email

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@attemptedwash.surf.
